Squirtle's map awareness there was just horrible. If you can't scout your opponents army with your hallucinated phoenix, it obviously is somewhere else. Maybe at your third!?
He didn't actually scout the natural for the army. So he probably assumed it was still there.

Squirtle scouts the main of Keen with his hidden Probe before it gets killed by the Reaper 4:00-6:00min Squirtle takes his natural expansion but gets scouted by an SCV Keen builds his Factory and a Bunker at his main ramp 6:00-8:00min Keen goes for widow mines and Starport Squirtle goes for a total of 4 gates but the Reaper of Keen is able to scout it Keen burrows his widow mines defensively in his natural and builds a Bunker there after salvaging the one in his main Squirtle starts building proxy Pylons 8:00-10:00min Squirtle starts the frontal attack with 4 gateways Widow Mines go off and do decent damage but it's not enough to defend the natural Keen loses a lot of SCVs and has to fly back to his mains Keen is able to get a siege tank out and Squirtle loses a lot of units as he tries to go up the ramp Squirtle backs off and Keen tries to apply some counter-pressure with a Medivac full of Marines while re-taking his natural 10:00-12:00min Keen is behind on workers but he has a huge lead in tech with +1 started and adding Medivacs, Marines and Marauders and Stim research while Squirtle just now builds 2 Forges and a Robo 12:00-14:00min Keen starts dropping into the natural with Marines while trying to drop into the main with widow mines and Marines but Squirtle has Stalkers ready to push him back Keen starts a frontal attack with 3 Mines, a Siege Tank and a little bit of Marine-Marauder-Medivac Squirtle gets and Immortal out but his Observer gets sniped 14:00-16:00min Keen slowly pushes forward but Squirtle is able to delay him long enough to get a huge amount of units and 1-1 upgrades out and crushes Keen's attack

Squirtle takes his third base while Keen adds more Barracks. 2-2 on the way for Squirtle and he starts adding Colossai
Keen builds a later third CC which gets scouted by a hallucinated Phoenix
Keen is able to kill the third of Squirtle as Squirtle is out of position. As Squirtle moves back Keen drops into the main and snipes the Robo. Squirtle moves hiw whole army to the main and Keen takes out the third once more
18:00-20:00min
Squirtle has his 2-2 finished and starts his Templar Archives and a new Robo and tries to take his third base for a third time
Keen keeps playing aggressively with his Marine-Marauder-Medivac force but Squirtle is able to defend for now
20:00-22:00min
Keen drops 4 Medivacs full of units into the main of Squirtle but Squirtle has units in position and kills a lot of Keens units
Squirtle's 3-3 is finishing at the same time that Keen's 2-2 finishes
Squirtle takes his 4th base and adds Archons while Keen adds Ghosts and Hellbats
