The usual: Don't flame casters or players. Don't discuss balance in this or any LR thread. Don't call your fellow posters idiots. Be excited, happy and entertained. |

We'll see how he does next time he plays. Probably obliterated again. Like last time. . Hack confirmed incompetent trash tier scrub. Some people are so ignorant. Stephano is good. He might not be your cup of tea, and he isn't mine either, but he has results.
And Hack is great.

If Life and Leenock also get torn apart by medivacs, then we can discuss balance. Stephano however is not a code S caliber player right now. This. I'm waiting a bit more for Korean vs Korean ZvT before jumping to any conclusions (even though I think no downside to boosters is silly). Still, the first two major tournaments for HOTS featured insanely good P/T players vs tons of foreigner Zergs.

Because the LoL stream is airing a rerun of yesterday's game.... You just crushed that poor man's happiness.

bomber just having too many medivacs at one time for goswer to defend at one time.
as a terran i honestly wouldn't be upset if afterburners were tech lab.

SC2 dying, guys. Time to close shop.
I believe the main schedule for League hasn't started yet. It's just rebroadcasts, also, HotS just came out. It's natural to have hots hype.
Regardless, games are fantastic. I'm really enjoying watching hots, and I wish I could just duo stream league and hots all day. Damn you MLG.

Korean Terran Multitask+Hypervacs=......lol?

He got famous because he was the first zerg to actually micro his units. Hurr durr Don't forget that he made over 200k on pricemoney's, but yea totaly overated !
People's dominance fades. You can't keep relying on people's old results to predict their new ones.

The problem not balance, it's that Medivac boost is an extension of current managed features frm terran, whereas Zerg must learn how to use to use their new units

took him a while to get really good at WoL and he had to train alot WoL as well. Afterwards he was traveling alot. So not so much HotS time for him. Not expecting him to win alot the next month. And well he is used to spot and defend everything, but those medivacs are hard to predict where they strike even if you see them they just boost up a cliff and down again.

Mines + Turbovac.
I wouldnt worry about it too much. Zergs will figure it out. I mean eventually the turbo boost will get some sort of nerf, but I mean infestors were way to strong for months, but terrans learned to deal with it. Plus its only the first week.

But, I must say, Stephano's multitasking was also top notch, and some of these drops were defended perfectly, but yet he wasn't able to properly punish the drop because it got away so freaking fast. Something doesn't really feel right. On several occasions you have what seems like stephano a-moving his entire army when he should know there's a big drop waiting. It's how he lost his 3rd the first time. I didn't say he defended every drop well (and especially the third was left completely open, he needed2 to 3 spines there to stall until he could run there), but some of the drops were defended perfectly, and in those situations where Last flew in his medivacs over the army of Stephano, he shouldn't just be able to boost out and lose nothing - it's reaping the benefit Stephano had by having the better multitasking in that situation, and that just isn't right. Overall though, I think Last played better and deserved to win, but maybe not as one sided as it was.
