Every Team can send us an application but we have to look how many teams like to participate and its not sure if every team could play.

The actual tournament could be 2 groups with 4 teams each. So 8 teams have to play 3 matches each = 24 matches on 12 playdays + 2 playdays for the offline final = 14 playdays as stated in the op. Thats how i would do it at least^^ /end of speculation | ||
