He traded more then with exactly 10 drones, he killed a ton of zerglings and some banelings as well. You can say that the zerglings are expendable but larvae isn't.

I didn't see byun make a single mistake, he played the only way he could and he still ends up losing.

Only about 12 drones, usually 20 drones will count as an even game.

Byun did not focus enough in major engagements and gained almost nothing through mid-game drop play.

I don't have a solid statistics, but I feel games where mass hellion (blue flame or not) run by kills many drones actually have lower win rate than other TvZ games. Sacrifice is often too great for the reward, but I could be wrong.

You need to kill around 2 drones for every hellion for it to be effective I think. So with 8 hellions, you need to kill 16.

which, in my opinion, happens less often than TvZ winrate today. Let's just say TvZ is 40%, then hellion run by "success" rate looks more like 30%. I feel Terran is better off not using that strategy, but that's just me.

the hellion play was definetely effective (forced multitudes of lings), the problem were the many drops that accomplished nothing, as they shouldn't in daybreak against any competent zerg.
