MC didn't say "best" I believe, but rather that he was always losing to him in his PvZ. Given MC wiped the floor with zerg on that day, that does sing Byul's praises quite well.
Byul has shown great play occasionally. Not quite at what I'd call the top level, but the same can certainly be said for Dream. This could be close.
EDIT: And it's over. GG Byul!

ByuL failed to get to the Ro16 yesterday but during practice he is really good. He's so good that I fall behid him. On the other hand, I have a really good win ratio against all the other Zerg players so I am confident since I'm in such good condition.
It doesn't have the word best but it's pretty obvious he's calling him the best zerg in practice..

I guess he didn't count Nestea as his mind stopped categorizing Nestea as a Zerg, but as a God.

Haha, smooth Frank is great. :D
+ Show Spoiler +I took the time to look up how Dream did against the zergs at IEM. It's not much of value but here you go:
2-0 Snute 2-1 TLO 0-2 Moonglade

HyuN likes to go these mass-Muta-into-taking-the-whole-map-builds on Entombed, but they don't work too well.
|
Vampire hasn't really ever impressed me yet, but he played extremely well that game.
|
Vampire reacted well to what Byul was poorly trying to do, basically.
|
well ByuL always was a ZvT sniper in my book, dont care what MC says about his ZvP

Haha that third storm: "guys, I can storm too guys, look!"

This game has the potential to end up like Mvp vs Squirtle on the same map.
That MULE timing.
