terrans should ts3 transition to raven when they have do much gas in bank. I met on the ladder a terran building ravens with his gas and it was absurdly strong. | ||

A switch into Battlecruiser is theoretically possible but that requires an enormous mineral investment also. The Raven is the only "gas dump" unit that Terrans have. When Protoss find themselves in this situation they can just make High Templar and Archons, Zergs have a gas heavy late game so they never find themselves with excess gas. | ||
