I'm going to assume you want a thread name change here. =P

MVP got dis, dat line up!
|
I'll say MVP 5-2 Karont3
They're not joking around here, with team league monster Tails starting.
I hope Karont3 can take at least some games, all-kills are a bit boring when they involve foreign teams because then the matches are usually extremely one-sided and not worth watching.

Most likely MVP won't be using the big names like DRG and Sniper.
I'm going to bet on a lineup of TAiLS, Monster, Lure, Dream, and their newest addition, Shine.
EDIT: Vampire, KeeN, and Noblesse are also possibilities.
|
|
Come on DURAN BROTHERSS!!!
|
|
TaiLs vs. Vortix should actually be a sick game.
MVP 5-2
|
Hoping for Lucifron and Vortix to do well!!!!!!!!
|
After watching some of the relatively unknown players do well against TL I have more faith in Karont3, but MVP has such a deep line up these days.
5-1 MVP.
|
|
MVP most likely, because they have greater depth and overall better skilled players. They can also field some team league monsters like Sniper, TAiLS and DRG. If things really don't go as well for MVP against VortiX, they can always field Sniper and DRG to ZvZ snipe and take it.
MVP 5-2 Karont3
|
Vortix and Lucifron could beat everyone execpt DRG and Sniper on a good day, so there is defenitly a chance.

On a good day they could beat everyone, INCLUDING, DRG and Sniper.
On a bad day they still can beat pretty much anyone. I don't think K3 will win, but they definitely have a chance.

Lucifron is also very solid.

Oh shit....
I just noticed they are opening with Vortix.... this is not very good, I think. MVP have too deep and vast a holster, they will have someone to Snipe him.
|
LoLvsxD with the clutch plays.
|
didnt know Krass was on K3.wow gogo Junge!
also, lolvsxd is the best name ever haha
|
Krass is on loan this season for Karont3 and I hope the spanish guys wins cuse it would be awsome

bad start for K3 there losing VortiX without him getting any wins at all
|
Losing Vortix to Tails. Karonte is dead

I hope LoLvsxD can get some kills, would be sad if K3 gets sweaped, specially since I think IMs gonna be really hard in their last game
|
Karont3 is in serious trouble right now, VortiX was supposed to be their ace and they lost him on the first game to TAiLS. Let alone the fact there is still Sniper, DRG, Monster, finale, KeeN, Dream and Shine to look after.

Karont3 is kinda dead, yeah, but they can still make a game out of it. I'm sure Lucifron can take a game if he plays well and so could Krass or Giantt.

Ah.... the score is flipped, that's why it didn't make any sense

Vortix, maybe, cause zergs are doing super well these days, but i dont think you could say that the two of them could beat anyone on a good day, unless you mean they could take a game in a Bo5 or something like that.

That really shouldn't have worked. What the actual fuck with those 7 drones haha.
|
why did he make drones in that situation.... seriously that lost hes the game right there
|
Why make a bunch of drones right as the attack si hitting you.....lol

Krass has an insanely good mid game TvP, very good multitasking but isn't so good in transitioning into the late game. Let's see what he can do against tails !

Aww, at least one kill, but not enough, I fear. A bit sad for KrasS, he could really make a name for himself here with awesome performances, and it would be quite deserved, he's a decent foreign Terran, and you don't need me to tell you how rare this is.

Krass.. I don't understand. He killed so much stuff but still, he was so behind.

His hellion harass was largely ineffective, though his banshees did work. But he wasn't prepared for the bust, so he lost.

I do agree with you though since it's Bo1 and CombatEx even took a game off of Parting. But I don't remember Lucifron ever beating either player so I'd like to watch the VODs.
EDIT: I guess my sentence was confusing, my fault. But talking about MC and PartinG b/c I just wanna check the games out.

Lucifron is really really good right now. As someone who ladders a lot on EU, I'd say his TvZ is the strongest in Europe for sure.

Yeah when LucifroN got back from his sc2 pause he beat Nerchio and Stephano quite handily with his blue flame builds. After that he beat Stephano again once or twice.
The OP wasn't updated, is it 3-1 for MVP with LucifroN playing?

Those Drone splits and Ling micro against the Hellions was insane.

DRG actually hasn't done well on Whirlwind compared to other zergs I think Lucifron is 1-5 vs Zerg on Whirlwind which shows first how little he actually plays it and how bad he's doing on it if he even lost to Morrow on it twice.

Note to self, DRG is really, really good against Mech.

Man, he dealt with mech like it was a delicious popsicle.

MVP's roster too deep for TL.

His up and down group wasnt extremely difficult and he started off like 0-3 in it. If I had to bet, I'd say MVP is going to get first in group B and beat EG and then LG-IM vs. Startale will determine the other finalist.

that last game was a massacre... DRG never even looked remotely in trouble.

The finals will be in Vegas this time right, at IPL6? The Koreans are going to take it seriously.

I dunno hope TL can put up a fight but considering VortiX took out both HerO and Taeja I dont think TL stands a chance. I hope K3 does a huge upset and beats IM (not likely) so that they can stay in premier

do they really have a caster with a lisp?lol

It's unlikely that Liquid will make it though. Even if they win, they would still be 1-2 and would rely also on IM beating MVP and K3 (not too unlikely), but also have the best map score out of MVP, Liquid and K3 (much harder to accomplish).
They went 1-5 against IM and 4-5 against K3, so they are currently 5-10 (-5 game differential). K3 has a -2 game difference, and MVP has a +3 currently. It is going to be very tough, and with Taeja out, it will be exceedingly difficult since Liquid would no longer have a Terran, and only 1 Protoss.
Not saying it can't be done, but I'm not betting on it :\

its important not only becuse of TL getting out, but for K3 as well, if K3 beats IM they might still be out if MVP beats TL as well as if both loses, it all comes down to mapscore (mvp is in the best position thou)
