It is 8pm EST (10pm for Chilean people) and for White-Ra I think it would be 2am. But trust me when I say that players are used to this, same as casters when we have to cast for different time zones.

From what I've seen skipping through the VOD (http://www.twitch.tv/jeikostate/videos) I would think White-Ra won but I cannot be 100% sure. It would be nice if someone can confirm it. There was no score on screen I think.
