Thorzain instead of Taeja would have worked much better for the ace! would surprise SKT1 as hell :D

Pretty sure stephano can crush rain. But he's not there Why is everyone boasting about Stephano like he's going to swoop in and save EG-TL? Looking at his record (http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-international/players/1996_Stephano/games) I doubt he will do much for the team, at least anything more than ThorZain can do.
Yeah, because Thorzain and Stephano are on the same level...

Because foreigner fanboyism, dude. Steph just needs to bring his a-game though, if he does that he'll be able to stand up to the Koreans. I've seen it since the beginning. Everyone always thinks the incoming foreigner is somehow going to be the one to restore hope and honor in the foreigners, but it never happens. They just lose.
stephano is different, he is the best, not anymore now tho

As long as Stephano get over 50% winrate, he will be the proleague icon.

He's without a doubt better than Thorzain and looking at the level some of the Kespa players are at, Stephano should be slightly favoured against the majority of them. Anything else is just Korean/Kespa fanboyism.

Stephano is going to restore hope because all EG-TL needs is a more reliable player than Puma/Zenio/Thorzain/Huk and they'll win more games. Stephano can compete evenly with most Koreans and that's all EG-TL needs at the moment.
Plus he's Zerg.

"asian" english accent is very different, here in malaysia most young chinese (me included) can easily speak fluent understandable english, however in china theyre english is more rough

You don't just come in and win proleague. It's a completely different environment. I doubt Stephano will even get a chance to play a proleague match in his stay there.

that was true half a year ago, nowadays sniper, Life, leenock, DRG ,violet, hyun all have better zvp

Pretty good match, but they need to stop sending out Puma. Maybe when the other players arrive.
|
Stephano will be a great addition to the team. Cuz right now they have to send out puma, t-zain, huk and zenio. The way I see it. Zenio is a decent zvz and a freewin for the enemy in the other matchups. T-zain is the only one who might climb up to a good contributor once he get's used to the Proleague enviroment. Puma chokes horrendously in Proleague and looks destroyed after every game. Also he's nowhere on his 2011 level. And Huk just got slain like a true foreigner up to this point. So stephano, who actually will be favored against most of the Kespa players, save for really big names like Flash, Fantasy, Bogus Rain or Effort and has a good chance to go over a 0.5 winratio will be a great addition.

he will definitly play a match, he is their 3rd best player behind taeja and hero, whether he wins is a different thing altogether considering he is in a slump, stephano 6 months back however would DEFINITLY have more wins than losses tho

I hope stepheno doesnt play in proleague.. Because if he fails...Foreigner fan boys will be crushed...

Practicing TvP against JYP must have been a confidence booster. Lol.
Contrary to popular belief JYP is amazing vs. Terran in practice... It's just that he doesn't do well vs. Terran in televised matches because he gets nervous because he started out with a terrible record against Terran in the GSL...

Mc is fun to hear and to watch About the english proleague caster: His accent made him sound like a fool, like when handicaped person try to speak. Khaldor, ToD and Grubby's accent are not like that. Also, they tend to say interesting things...

I can stand a lot of things just fine, but German-English is just too much for me sometimes, I don't have too much issues with Khaldor because it's not that obvious with him, but if someone like TLO is casting, it makes me cringe sometimes, even if he has a lot of valuable things to say because it's like the epitome of German accent stereotypes.
