They focus on some of the more important things sometimes like counting the factories/barracks/gateways etc. etc. and focus more on smaller army movements outside of the main battles as well as trying to fit the main battles in too. | ||

Yes, you need to be registered with KeSPA to be able to play in their Proleague. And I guess they're fine with not having more than 8 teams at this time in terms of schedule. | ||
