Root gaming, ever the underdog. Break a leg guys!
|
TSL will put their B-team on the field, expect Center to come out.
Also Revival and inori left TSL (the first one for EG, the second one retired)

Thanks for the roster updates! I knew about Revival (duh) but not Inori!

Destiny and ToD are no longer on ROOT. Edit: Also theognis and DdoRo joined ROOT recently. Fitzyhere is also missing from that roster.
Anyways, ROOT4ROOT. Tough opponent for their first contender match.
Edit 2: Thanks for updating the roster!

If Polt, HyuN or Symbol come out, its lights out for ROOT honestly. But I think TSL is likely to send out Center, RagnaroK and Shine, so ROOT might get a few kills until the TSL Trio comes out.
TSL 5-2 ROOT
Actually, TSL 5-1 ROOT
|
|
I will ROOT4ROOT but they have next to no chance...
|
will be surprised if root can take a game
|
|
Ragnarok all kill incoming.
|
I remember from some interview that Punisher retired (I think it was HyuN or RagnaroK). Are the line-ups updated?
|
Root gon' get smashed. Wouldn't be surprised to see an all kill.
|
Does kiwikaki still play? Never heard of him in ages..

No, but he might come back for HotS.
|
This is not played live, is it? So there is next to no chance that majOr is playing, since he got back probably after the match? Even with his inclination for leaving, he seems to be the strongest player on the team.

You must really want Polt to succeed in a team league for once with an all-kill.

Yeah ^^
And ROOT is a team without koreans, so he has a chance <3

Yea, seems silly that they got invited to this.

Invited? They fought their way from the Amateur Division last season, and the only reason they are facing TSL is because TSL lost in the Premier Division. It is fine to say ROOT will lose horribly to TSL, but saying they don't deserve to be invited is ridiculous.

If TSL do that thing Korean teams sometimes do where they completely disrespect their opponents, as in sending out several "B" team players before sending out Hyun/Symbol/Polt, then I feel like this will be an entertaining series. Just hoping for good games :D
They probably will, either to give their b-teamers some experience, or simply screw around and not let their Trio out unless they truly need them. As a TSL fan, I think their b-team is enough

This chat couldn't be more annoying.
|
Damn, was hoping Vibe would have a chance in ZvZ
|
i hope major was on root for this, he's about their only chance against TSL with vibe out

I think you guys should start only using replays from one of the people playing in the game. We don't need to see the observer chat.

MaSa has potential, he actually went toe-to-toe against Polt early-game in NASL.
|
why doesn't IPL remove chat from replays?
|
This is literally the Infestor/Spine build into BLs.

Who needs upgrades when you got banelings? ;P

Yeah, RagnaroK all-kill incoming, and even if he gets stopped, Polt, HyuN and Symbol are waiting.

It's live.
Edit: Someone in chat with an IPL tag thing next to their name said it was live so I believed them, but that just means that they subscribed not that they work for IPL. It's not live.

(No, it isn't.)

This must have been quite a while if Revival is still part of the team.
|
Yeah, Masa delayed 2-2 for so long, now Ragnarok already overtook him.
|
|
RagnaroK has some pretty sloppy TvZ.
|
My sound just died... that happen to anyone else?
Also, I really like that Monstercat song (it's called Turn Around by Rundfunk of anyone is interested ^_^) but I am already SO SICK of this damn Age of Wushu ad.
|
|
Seriously hope Root loses so I don't have to watch Catz be obnoxious (about Ragnarok that has already won twice, and is probably running a little exhausted.)
Also, TSL go!

Understandably, they are teammates and probably having some fun, but it does get to the point where CatZ just sounds annoying and rude about it.

Go dDoRo! Though the last time I watched him play he got absolutely smashed by Sea. But this is PvP! GO dDoRo!
EDIT: Wow, dat Value micro
|
You should put Major in that roster uh? gl ROOT btw

On December 21 2012 10:27 Sated wrote: Wow, that was a sick hold from Value. Pushes like that from Ddoro, with a single Colossus to stomp Force Fields whilst pushing in with Gateways units and Immortals, are actually incredibly strong before you've got a good number of Colossi to defend with... but Value absolutely crushed that with the Warp Prism micro. Without that micro, Value loses for sure.
And they're sending out LeiYa? I don't know about that, I don't think her PvP is that strong from what I've seen on her stream...
ValuE seemed to know that this push was common on Ohana, and made a specialized response to it.

TSL seemed far more prepared and simply better than ROOT.
|
TSL taking it no real suprise there, loots of pvp action at the end was kinda fun to watch thou

It would have been funny if the TSL Trio would say, "This isn't even my final form!" and proceed to destroy ROOT.

I just realized what root4root meant. WTF was I doing all of my life.

Didn't expect more, didn't expect less. It would have been worse seeing ROOT face the TSL Trio, would have been a literal massacre.

our whole lu except for leiya is inactive, everyones taking a small break before hots so we wernt really prepared for this match.

Nonetheless a serious TSL would have been too much for Root to handle with ViBE going down first. I don't really understand that choice :/
