Do people from stage three in Singapore qualifiers get seeded at all or have to work their way up through stage 1?

It depends on points, and/or who accepts or turns down their invites. You should be asked by today or tomorrow if you receive a stage 2 invite.

I wonder who the stage three invites will be. Hmm, could it be 4 of
Demuslim KiLLeR IdrA viOLet Golden StarDust
?????? Such a mystery
|
What? How can I be replaced like that? I couldn't play EU qualifiers because I was in USA, now because I just reached EU I can't play NA qualifiers either?

You need to pm me either on here or on starcraft because I need full details on your situation.

Probably not IdrA, because he is on vacation until early/mid January.

I think, they would stream to many matches. who would´nt be very interesting for the viewers, because either both opponents are very are away from pro level or they would be pretty one-sided. But seing the bracket, I think you will have a good chance of making it into stage 2 anyway.

No quality option for the stream? My internet can't handle that HD

Sucks for goswser That's really unfortunate. Today will have some tough competition but I feel sad for whoever qualifies then plays Killer in stage 3 He destroys every IEM qualifier
|
|
Please get some Terrans.....

I'm so confused by what Suppy just did...

Axslav taking the island... I like.

See now.... QXC should qualify, but now he has to face one of the only 2 Koreans in the entire AMERICAN qualifier. Seriously can NA players even have one qualifier without having to face someone from not North (or South) America?? I honestly thought that was the point in having separate qualifiers for each region.
Ahhhh nooo and now Suppy has to face Golden. They can do it but its gonna be tough. I'm a huge Golden fan but Suppy and QXC are two of the most interesting personalities as well as two of the most entertaining players.
SUPPY FIGHTING~!!!!!!
QXC FIGHTING~!!!!!!!!!!!
|
Golden vs. Suppy going on now! Winner goes to Poland!
|
I bet KiLLeR qualifies for every IEM from now until the end of the game.
|
This comraderie between scarlett and suppy is so refreshing to watch!!
|
How come Jookto and Golden are allowed to play in these qualifiers ? Do they live in the US ?

why did suppy beat qxc 3-0 according to liquidpedia when qxc's match history says qxc won 3-0?

He didn't and LP says qxc won.

Yeah the IEM official bracket said Suppy won at first for some reason.

LoL :DD 2 Koreans from NA
I wonder how's everyone talking about superior skill of Suppy when he actually never won anything and even cant win against foreigner middle class Terran ? Qxc isnt bad but hes not as good as Lucifron/Kas. Whats so special about Suppy ? Right now I must say this guy is the most overrated zerg in 2012.
|
and as always, KiLLeR somehow qualifies for IEM, no matter who else plays in the qualifiers :D

Right now I must say this guy is the most overrated zerg in 2012. probably because he was the furthest advancing foreigner at 1 MLG (i think summer?), did well at BWC (2nd further foreigner) and being on EG definitely helps put you in the spotlight. He also seems like a pretty nice guy and posts on the forums often so I guess overall he's just a likeable guy

good luck to north america's zerg players golden and jookto ! ! !
|
Well, it may not be completely working as intended, but then you gotta beat them. It's not like Daisy and Real are taking every qualifier spot they play for in Europe.

At the Fall Championship he was tied for 2nd foreigner (Naniwa was best), but overall that was only rank 17-20.
But I don't know why Suppy is called out here on one match.

Have you even been paying attention to suppys recent performances? Two of the most recent mlgs he was the highest placing foreignor/NA player(while playing through open bracket) not to mention other results elsewhere Edit: even tied second is some feat if you look at whos finished below him despite being 17th

Two koreans and a south american player, hmm. Where are the players from stars&stripes-country?

He said on his stream he hasn't practiced in two weeks because of finals, sooooooooooo yeah
|
7Z, 2T, 1G D: Since it's in europe, we can expect some very good foreigners in the open bracket so i'm not that worried.
|
I don't think it's certain whether the Koreans can really participate. At least Golden has no team right now. Next replacements would be from the USA. Independent from that, America will get more spots if the participants playing for America do well, but next season is far away...
But it's remarkable how some high quality American players are missing in the qualifiers. Anyone knows the reason for this? Compare that to the European qualifiers which were incredibly stacked.
And normally I am not the guy caring about race distribution, but wow, 1 Protoss, 2 Terrans and 7 Zergs so far with the SEA qualifiers not even finished. But there will probably be a lot of Protosses coming from the open bracket.

I think all of EG may be on vacation, which explains Idra and Demuslim not participating. Liquid never participates for some reason. Complexity was out in full force, so was Infinity Seven.
But yeah, some EG, Liquid and Root participation in these qualifiers would be cool.

Congratz espicially to killer, he is so constant in these qualifiers; did qualify for every IEM event since IEM Guangzhou last year. It´s really unfortunate, that he has the so much visa-issues.
