why would the koreans "not try" is beyond me. pride of country is one of the strongest motivators, not to mention there is a prize at the end of this; BUT that doesn't mean you have to feel like crap if you don't win.
Love DRG's attitude, Scarlett's late game, who knew the Z v Z would be more interesting then the T v P round 1?

Impossible to dislike. Not always, but i think this event is more fun than anything else to him. You maybe remember how depressed he was after his two backlashs? (not getting to GSL, GSTL in his hometown) Scarlett played pretty well. I think Korea is going to lose. Nerchio and Stephano will win imo, and Naniwa can too because he got a good map. True he was depressed then but that was something more important for him then a showmatch.

She would get ripped apart; that's my bet. I would absolutely love to see her compete there; since Stephano didn't in his time.

To be fair, Life's vP is also his weakest MU. That being said, Life would probably still win His ZvZ is the worst. He got kicked out of GSL and IPL by Zerg, not Terran or Protoss.
maybe lately, prior to losing to Soulkey and Snute Life would've been regarded as perhaps the best ZvZ in the world with it being his best by far.

Has Life lost anything except ZvZ in the last 3 months?
I think he had one loss to happy and that was it... his ZvP is amazing.

Imagine if DRG tried during that BO1. this explanation is so whack, that i think you're trolling you realize when it comes to koreans vs foreigners, the 'pride' factor is exponentially larger on the korean side yes? No, it is simple: Korean looses to foreigner = Imbalance OR "He is not even trying" Korean wins against foreigner = Skill you forgot jetlag and wrist injury wrist injury is legit for mvp kk?:D
