In short, you can see evidence for the idea that players who are sufficiently motivated/talented will reach their potential without the help of a team house. Anyway who knows, it's too early into the KeSPA switch to know for sure, but it's something to think about.
Even just comparing Kespa team house vs ESF team house you have a lot of differences. Kespa teams sticking to a stricter practice schedule, having race-specific coaches, practicing mainly through customs instead of ladder (not true right now, but you can expect them to switch back once they get more comfortable with Sc2). It'll be interesting to see whether Idra's opinion of 'foreigners practice too little, Kespa teams too much' proves true, as the ESF teams represent his golden middle.
