Here it is again: It's when a player has an immense advantage and then throws it all away by making a stupid decision that costs him the game (in Goswser's case, trying to snipe the third nexus and instead losing all of his supply, thus causing his loss). The name comes from the claim that only a foreigner (not a true Korean pro) could do something so silly as to blow a won game, although once in a while you'll see a Korean go "full foreigner" as well. EDIT: Yeah, I posted this a few pages ago  | ||
