I'm not up to date on Snute. What has he done to make ppl like/dislike him?'
Surprised so many people put Mana so low. He's really good and while his vZ is low he did beat 10(?) time FC champion Hyun in the last GSL up/downs.

Sometimes I can appreciate a good enemy of eSports.

I think Lucifron 2-0 Snute, Slivko 2-1 Thorzain, Vortix 2-0 Mana But I hope thorzain goes through because he's my favorite foreign terran. I'm just a pessimist

8:2 vs MorroW, 4:6 vs Kas and 6:4 vs Lucifron, he's quite decent with his aggressive openings, but I'd still favour Luci here, just my gut feeling.

I think it probably depends on the mindgames between these two. Luci has seen most of Snute agressive builds during PSL. It also helps when Luci's micro is "on".

Chances are these games were played way before they met in PSL, I assume they played around the time the NonY/Major drama came up since they probably scheduled EU and NA to play at about the same dates, so it's likely that the games are 3/4 weeks old.

Lucifron, Thorzain and Mana!
|
Looking forward to see Thorzain, but I think his series against Slivko will be alot closer than the poll suggests.
|
how long ago are these games?
|
Lucifron,Vortix and Thorzain will advance
|
When will Nerchio's game be broadcasted?

Turns out mutalisks don't do that well against marines.

Beautiful game by Lucifron

Looking at the brackets and if Lucifron wins the series there is actually a big chance we will see a foreign Terran in the GSL world championship. Only Grubby stand in the way

There has been quite a bit of 11/11 this tournament.

Luci really likes to 2 Rax.

Only Grubby stand in the way Strangely so, yeah, from current skill level the two representatives should probably be VortiX and Nerchio, but since the brackets are laid out that way, we'll probably have a terran.
Either way, I'd be fine with Luci or Kas at IPL since they haven't been attending any US tournaments in SC2. Grubby or Demu would be a bit boring for me personally, just because we see them everywhere anyway, but Grubby obviously pulls a large amount of viewers.

Gj luci. Kas vs Lucifron is going to be sick

GG Lucifron, Terran Hope advancing! Looking forward to a great TvT next round.

Thorzain just hardcountered Slivko cuz he knew he goes for broodlords/festors each game.. I wonder how this game would have developed had slivko gone for ultras..

Well not hard to figure that out but its easier to whine about zergs then come up with a solution to the Zerg deathball and Thorzain did just that

They were always good against Infestors, its that Slivko had no Overseers.

well lets not rush with conclusions, in that game "suprise" factor played a big role.. zerg just didn't expect that stuff to come at him..

Oh sick, the Curious Roach/Queen Nydus build.

You look like you know your stuff. Does this still not qualify the players for the IPL5 main event or did they change opinion on this ?
