That's like going Mvp = all GSL players or Taeja = all GSL players.
He's a special player. Look at what you just wrote lmao. Rain is a Kespa player thus represents Kespa thus Rain = Kespa. MvP represents ESF not GSL so MVP = ESF. Sorry if I sound rude, I just don't understand your logic.
The thing is that there are 80+ Kespa players with a lot of talent and tough practice schedule. Of course at least one of them has to be really good at SC2. Would be crazy if there wasn't one of them being this good. But saying Rain is a representative of Kespa-players sounds stupid. As well as saying MvP is an ESF representative. Both players play for themselves and their team and not for those organizations.

He's a special player. agreed. Rain is the "only" kespa player showing such amazing results. everyone else is looking mediocre currently. Rain is an outlier and a freaking insane one at that Flash, baby, last, bosus look mediocre? well certainly not on rain's level haha
no one is on Rain's level

Yeah, this is so true. Sadly, you just have to look at Jaedong, my favorite player, to see a counterexample. He got lucky getting a Code S seed and completely wasted it, he's just not ready yet. I think it's pretty clear at this point that KeSPA players *can* catch up to ESF players, but they're getting better at different rates so it'll be some time before we reach steady state, and some players are just ahead of the curve right now. It's also fairly clear that both sets of players are highly skilled and neither is going extinct anytime soon.

Is By.Sun the next sc2 bonjwa??? In WoL maybe but in HotS it's going to be BaBy!
