See I don't blame Leenock, but that's precisely a problem in starcraft 2 : No matter how you outplay your opponent, only the last battle matters...

I wish it was a bit more rewarding players who plays constantly well through the game.

It wasn't an insta lose either though. HerO had ample opportunity to win that even after the vortex but instead just sat in a corner while not rebuilding any tech structures. It's like he mentally collapsed the moment the vortex hit.

Also, the queens did sooo much. When stuck on 3 bases, it's really important to have a mineral sink. The transfuse ability makes the queens into a 150 mineral half-broodlord (almost).

That could have been such a huge step towards making it out of the group for HerO. I have no idea whether the immense lag while both were near max in the middle played any part of it, but it looked choppy as hell.

Stop whining, Leenock picked the map for his strategy, so toss cant move freely around broods. He got composition he wanted. He planned this strat. He did it. Whining is annoying as shit.

They both had their end game armys, its not like Leenock is going to roll over and die just because Hero kills a few hatcherys. Leenock was in a bad position because he couldnt afford to lose the big fight but he didnt. He had a great spread, almost surrounding Hero who was, for some unknown reason, standing in the middle letting Leenock spread all his broodlords. Hero then failed with his mothership and got vortexed. Dont talk about "deserving wins".
