Don't forget Naniwa is the most accomplished foreigner ever with back to back ro8 in the hardest GSL seasons ever. The "most accomplished" term is such a useless and subjective term, especially because your reason is a couple of round of 8 finishes. That's more subjective than price money, tournament wins, or anything similar. :/ I am not saying it's not impressive, but it's not something that guarantees you the honor of being the "best" or "most accomplished". Maybe if you had said "one of the..." it would make sense, and I'd agree easily. Apart from that, his slump started way before he even met Heart... Failing WCS Sweden, and going out 4-0 in IEM Cologne, for example. Might be when he left Quantic and Startale. JYP's touch lasts a while, i see. he absorbed naniwa's pvt

Anyway ontopic... Curious / MVP pretty easy to predict There is nothing wrong with any number of cheese. At all. If a professional SC2 gamer can't defend a few proxy strats and all-ins then it's his own fault. Yeah, people shouldn't just go full YellOw and expect their opponents to play in to their hands.

Not since life joined the ST house :p That just makes what he said even dumber cause he has a Zenex tag. Zenex zergs are the cheesiest players out there.
Zenex actually fostered some of the best sc2 talent we have seen. Great team but richer teams kept stealing their talent. I was sad to see Startale take the rest of the team.

Youre right, but what i mean by acceptable is, if you cheese say 3 times in a BO5, even the Koreans themselves will call you cheesy. But more importantly your style becomes much more predictable.

All-in =/= cheese. Of course the community will never understand this.
Back during the early days (GSL Open Seasons 1-3) I despised cheeses and all-ins, because it was boring, short, and impossible to predict.
But now that the game has more or less stabilized, I love seeing sensible and well planned cheeses and all-ins. With the players' micro being so good now, cheese looks incredibly exciting. Compare 4gates and blink all-ins today with those from a year and a half ago. HUGE difference. The weird scenarios caused by these strategies actually lets players show how good they are at making big decisions on the fly and improvise.
Standard is boring, I want me some mad, mad games.

I will argue that there are more cheese and all-in variations than there are standard builds. The only predictable thing is the cheese, but it might be cheddar, Gouda, parmesan, blue, limburger... etc.

1 more thing. JYP shouldn't be putting his hands on anyone who is competeing in a professional tournament. Can't believe the sc2 community let him get away with those shenanigans just because it was Naniwa who was on the receiving end.
Mini is extremely bad manner against naniwa and no outrage, but when naniwa does something trivial like probe rush he gets hammered by the community.

Just read Nani's twitter post:
@NaNiwaSC2 finally gathered motivation enough to play alot again, fucking shitkid mini so fucking cocky.
Mini is lucky naniwa won't be able to rematch him soon because trust me a motivated nani is top 3 toss ever. MLG Providence Nani that beatdown Nestea , MVP, DRG, HuK in their peaks.

What happens is that the person you don't like wins and the least of your favorites takes a lucky second place.
