cool story bro.
ONT: Will be really interesting to see how JR does in his next round considering he looked pretty dominant vs Naniwa

Looks like major's gonna go straight to RO8 then :D

Not particularly. He pretty much just massed up roaches, defended pressure and then maxed on brood lords off of 3 base economy in most of the games. ![]() But that all was thanks to the perfect scouting, he was always checking Naniwa's base so he knew exactly what can he get away with. Excellent play. It wasn't "excellent play" by any means. His economy was worse most of the time and his micro was seriously lacking. Any mid-masters player can scout and be greedy dependant on their opponent's play. Neither of these players was playing at all well.

I'm not saying you cannot win, but as it once was that it was a lot more effort to win against Terran, now it takes a lot more effort to beat Zerg than to actually win as Zerg. I hope Blizzard steps in before HOTS, but I fear they won't. Nani shouldn't leave the way he did, as he is a professional yet I can fully understand him. Generally speaking even though we had a PvP final in GSL, you can see Zergs rising left and right... and thats just not about good play. Hopefully next series will be better.

MC, Squirtle and stuff seems fine with it now. ~~ PvZ is largely dependant on the skill of the Protoss player imo. Therefore, if you're having trouble in the matchup, you're having trouble with most zerg players, instead of just the best ones, which makes the matchup seem imbalanced in lesser players minds. Make sens. Personnaly, if someone like MC can get 70% winrate in PvZ in 2012, people just need to shut up. If someone else can do it, you should be able to do it too. Same with how Terran players can be happy because we can study TaeJa now.
