I don't think there's an issue in the matchup, at least as long as toss let they obs get sniped over and over, but that's just a silly statement. maxed toss isn't weaker, and certainly isn't weaker because of mules.

Hes saying that maxed Toss and maxed Terran are different in supply value because MULEs allow the Terran to keep a good economy on as little as 30 SCVs.
