And if you look at the 8 names in those, you know how insane this tournament will be :D ? Talent pool is pretty good here but it's nowhere at the level of HSC or MLG pools, or Dreamhack 3rd stage. Most of the groups have one or two clearly dominating players then one underdog, I wouldn't say any of the groups except maybe 6 have all 4 people that I'd give at least 20% chance of qualifying. Still will be fun though.
?
Don't know if troll or just stupid. Homestorycup with like 3 koreans and Heromarine and you call that good pool? And take a look at MLG championship's open pools. Full of North American amateurs... This pool is damn epic.
E: and why the f would group 6 be the most balanced? There's clearly the underdog JohnyRecco. Probably the least balanced group..
And wtf the talent pool? In ASM we have 8 koreans... And top foreigners. In dreamhack there were only like Taeja, Hero and Keen. And the swedish guys put the koreans in the same groups so that they wouldnt make it far :DD talk about "talent" in the pool. In HSC we had something like MVP, Yonghwa and MC. And in HSC there was Destiny, Tarson etc... Can't even compare that to this... People just came there to drink and have fun.. No offense but ASM groups is like best EU.

HSC had 6 Koreans (Assembly 8) and Heromarine wasn't playing in HSC. What has Heromarine to do with Koreans anyway?
I feel the player pools of both tournaments are pretty even, Assembly's a bit better maybe.

Lol if you count Real, Sleep and Golden as Korean. They are EU/NA. Real is almost german. In Assembly, we have only the good koreans. Only code S caliber.

ASM winter had a pretty good line up and the tournament had some awesome games and started the Polt v Stephano run. This ASM looks to have an even better line up and we can only hope the games will be as memorable (never know how that goes).

I think IdrA will bet Taeja because IdrA has been in form lately. He did beat MKP after all, the best TvZer in the world. IdrA back to best foreign Zerg in the world.

IdrA back to best foreign Zerg in the world. good joke even as a MKP fan I can say he hasnt been the best TvZ in the world for quite some time. it's his weakest matchup now. he was the best tvz in like late 2010/early 2011 and maybe for like a month when he won his MLGs. Mvp and MMA were always ahead of him in the matchup for the rest of the time. He's been struggling with the matchup currently losing to players like Horror in the WCS qualifiers. he won vs 2 zergs in OSL but he basically got a build order win vs NesTea and he 2-0d Line because Line... just isnt that great

Ret is going to win ASUS ROG!

Even a few months ago when he was wrecking everything his TvZ still looked worse than MMA or Taeja's.
