I agree (as a Zerg player) it was more fun when it was Nestea vs the world. Now I can't help but feel a lot of Zerg wins are a bit undeserved.

He says in interviews PvZ is his best matchup. There is still hope for the President.

It was never his worst match up in general. In early 2012 stats wise in major tournaments it was but when you have a 80% ZvZ winrate back then from playing like 4 games max, I don't think that counts.

Whoever wins between MC and DRG will take it. No offense to Seed or Byun but I don't think they deserve it as much.

Byun has a good chance vs MC if MC wins, Seed has a very low chance and DRG will absolutely slaughter Byun.
If DRG wins vs MC, he wins the whole thing.
If MC wins, either he or Byun wins the whole thing.

The same can be said about DRG actually, losing to Hero(who really outplayed him), barely winning against Naniwa, losing to Socke in MLG, losing one game to Alicia(could've been 2) who Stephano absolutely demolished...
I think this will be a close series, with MC winning 3-2.

Now recently the only protoss that beat him in a tournament was Socke. It is crazy that he was beaten by Socke but no one else has beaten him at a tournament lately.
Not saying it can't happen MC would be the person that could do it. Also have to remember he has been traveling a lot and that could catch up with him.
My prediction: 3-1 DRG wins!

I did count out Seed for every single match he played this season of GSL. I always had my liquibets against him. Now I won't count him out anymore. He made me a believer. Seed for GSL champion!

I don't think any of the players at Hot Import Nights were playing their best, except maybe Illusion, DRG and HerO seemed so emotionless after the finals. It was a good tourney but doesn't seem like any of them except Illusion were giving 100%.
That being said, DRG 3-2 MC. As much as I want a fellow Protoss player and the Obamatoss to win another GSL, DRG is still my number one player. DRG HWAITING <33333

I know some people are counting out Byun or Seed in the finals, but honestly I think the only way we get a one sided finals is if someone literally turns up in bonjwa mode. Byun and Seed are far too strong to be 4-0'd in the finals even against such a dominant DRG and nerd-crushing MC.
I'm happy with any final possible from the four remaining players. Being a fan of all 4 might be a factor...

Actually, I agree. This is the first season in a while in which I'd be perfectly happy with any of the 4 winning. Bar maybe Seed, coz I want MC to be President forever.

byun dominated symbol for much of their game and lost to a mistake of his own; he 3-0'd nestea. he claims to 4-1 and 5-0 coca and his other zerg practice partners. there's still hope!

Byun I think should definitely take the first one...... DRG VS MC though...the battle of the mind games. After witnessing the look on MC's face FIRST HAND at NASL....(he had a stone cold killer face, he was walking down the player aisle toward the red carpet, and the entire venue was more or less silent, my friend FocusPants stood up and yelled I LOVE YOU MC, no reaction. He was in THE ZONE). Mc to take this one if the Terminator mode shows up.
