Why is that? He has more workers so his army seems small despite being up in supply. Also roaches are balanced by being cheap in cost but expensive in supply. | ||

Why is that? Roaches cost 75 Minerals 25 Gas and take up 2 Supply. Stalkers cost 125 Minerals 50 Gas and take up 2 Supply. Roaches are extremely supply inefficient. A very broad and general rule of thumb is to consider roach "1" supply. So if a Zerg has 150 Supply and 30 Roaches then consider the Zerg as having 120 Supply. Once again -- this is a very broad and very general rule of thumb and not intended to be perfectly accurate. | ||
