The big deal in that engagement at Symbol's fourth was upgrades. Positioning favored DRG a bit, because of how he forced the engagement, but mostly DRG was able to trade very favorably because he was two upgrades ahead at that point. Additionally, it's worth noting that with only about 4 brood lords out, there aren't enough of them to have a major snowball effect, while the ground army is weakened to free up that supply. | ||

Infested Terran to buffer and also shoot down Bls+. Bls=Less ground army DRG=Also had more infestor. DRG also had 3/2 and had 3/3 at the last major battle whereas Symbol only had 2/1. Upgrades matter a lot. | ||
