And qualifiers are a different beast from Code S. You have no time to prepare for your opponents; you don't even know who they will be. Let's not forget that after Naniwa beat Genius in GSL, Genius bodied him in their showmatch.
Seed is Code S. San just took second in the IPL KR Regional qualifier and beat some big names along the way.

You're forgetting Seed is in this group as well.
All three Protoss above are probably favourites over MMA just because of MMA's poor TvP. If anything he got an unlucky group.
Still a chance he can make it of course. But I'd bet on San, Nani or Seed.
No I agree, but I think NaNiwa will win it. Why I only mentioned 2 toss and MMA. MMA is still a formidable foe.

He sure has come a long way from losing 2 PvP's in less than 10 minutes back in the open seasons.
Ahh I remember that one game, when Inca proxied a gate and a forge in San's base. Poor poor San. His only wish in the interviews beforehand was that he lasted longer than 10 minutes.
