It will be scary when he manages his spending a little better. and according to liquid rising, getting better is all about what team liquid is about!!!!! great job by taeja today. I wont lie, i was a little shocked that he won but he looked the better player in those games and if he keeps it up he will be making a nice deep run

No one can play perfectly and it is silly to look at ingame numbers. Imo its better to look at overall gameplay.

In game one he saw that third base and knew he is so far behind and has to do something if he wants to win. In game two he most likely saw really good opportunity to kill Taejas army which was not that scary In game three he was just playing kinda sloppy stimming his army losing medivacs and not seeing taejas drops and counter attacks. At same time that third game was really well played by Taeja

Of course it could be nothing but a throwaway excuse but maybe MVPs wrists start to act up and he doesn't feel like playing a long game when he falls slightly behind. In each game he'd be playing from behind (Taejas earlier 3rd) and he just went for midgame kill moves, vs super long drawn out TvT. Sad to see MVP lose whatever the reason.
