I suspect that this is happening now because previously a lot of the foreigners originally qualified against non-Korean competitors, but with the new 2012 season, the only foreigners who can really qualify for pools are of a Korean standard of play. | ||

Still, there were some months where I felt SC2 would turn into a second BW, where literally no foreigner stands a chance against a top50 korean. But that does not seem to happen (of course koreans are still dominant, but the best foreigners can compete at the highest level). | ||
