HerO could have thrown a pylon behind the mineral line at the third and make it a win-win situation IMO (while making the forge at home)

I understood why they put in HerO when they did, but I think TLO - Jinro - Haypro would have been the best followup. I feel Haypro is probably the strongest player left, and now if and when Jinro falls, they know there are 2 Zergs left. Hopefully they save TLO for last if there not against a Zerg.
