It's more the weakness of the TL players imho. Hero is good of course, but the others were just outclassed in every aspect of the game.

Didn't see much of vs Hero and vs Jinro but at least vs Haypro, from my noob perspective.
9pool - gets full scouting. Sees 14 pool, no gas, the spine go down, a queen out, and another queen in production. Between spine + 2nd queen, know's he is safe to expand + no gas means he's doubly safe. From there I can't really judge what he scouted but I'd imagine most of it is calculated risks.
