Wasn't that his point? A pokemon who leveled up with rare candy will have much lower EVs than one that leveled up by fighting other pokemon. | ||

well no, i mean...if there were no dts it would have been an awesome build and gotten a huge lead on squirtle who thought hero was doing a heavy blink build...just...you know, minor detail...T_T - grats to squirtle. bigger grats to MVP =D next time HerO | ||

edit: actually when I think about it - Hero does expo. Forge goes down and a cannon in front. Squirtle (going dt) - sees cannon and switches into 3gate blink robo. Autowin? Maybe there's a timing for forge where if Squirtle was going dt, it's too late for him to switch to an effective blink-robo attack. | ||

So, either MVP gets a 4th GSL title, or Squirtle royal roads this season. Good outcome either way :-) Not sure if it counts are Royal road since Squirtle was in GSL Open Season 3 in Ro16. Obviously, the format was a bit different back then since it was 64 players... | ||
