No, on your first playthrough on Red or Blue Pikachu isn't an option. If Yellow was your first playthrough you don't count. | ||

If you add pickachu you would have to add every starter from the five generations. its best it stays with the originals so I can laugh at anyone silly enough to pick bulbasaur | ||
