Hope Life and Polt will win. Their opponents aren't very skillful, so this shouldn't be that hard
|
Rain's been doing well of late, I think it'll be a close match, really want to see Polt through though. Although Apoc's had some upsets I don't see him taking a game off of Life.

Only a few hours left until we begin!

I really wouldn't be surprised if Rain took it but this is Polt. He's kind of good. Life Vs. Apocolypse - Life should take it but I've never really seen either player.
|
Really want Life to win for the sole reason that he's the only zerg...
Oh and he's on Zenex...
|
I'm just going to concur with the obvious predictions made. XD
|
Gogo Life! Fantastic ZvT player
|
Life just played a very close series with MMA, the world's best TvZ player in the Iron Squid. I think he should be favored, and I am definitely rooting for him, both for Zenex and Zerg!

Why did Quantic send Apocalypse instead of SaSe or Naniwa?

Why you always do 15 CC on the low ground Polt?

That's like the fifth straight IPL ToC game where Polt went CC first and got cheesed.
Please stop trying to CC first.

Next game Polt will build the CC inside his opponent's base. Rain won't know what hit him!

So you've been cheesed six straight games in the tournament...and you go a fast Command Center again. Really, Polt is playing too damn greedy and not changing his style at all. I guess MLG/IPL/Lone Star/Assembly have taken up all his time, but come on, if Jjakji/Rain cheese you over and over, you should pretty much adapt and not go fast CC again.

Hey I'm wondering if anybody could help me (just posting here since I happen to be watching this). I have Adblock Plus installed on chrome, and I have both teamliquid.net and twitch.tv (as well as others like own3d) whitelisted, but recently the ads have been getting skipped. I can't figure out why, has this happened to any of you? Thanks
edit: It's actually pretty inconsistent, I still get ads sometimes, but often it will just pop up and say "loading ad" then go back to the stream.

rain's risky and cheesy play is absolutely pathetic...

And Polt wins the series 3-2 after Rain one base all-ins every single game.
|
Rain Cheese vs Polt's greediness.
|
I like Rain's cheeses though. Especially that one time when he nuke rushed Naniwa at MLG, that was sick.
Also he is a nice guy. =D
|
rain can play standard, he just refuses to for some reason :/
|
did they just hint at next gsl finals being at ipl as well?

I'm pretty sure it was a calculated decision. Polt's macro game is his bread and butter, and Rain wouldn't have stood much of a chance.
|
Rain has a very independent mind. He won't conform to society's vision of "standard" and "proper" play. He does what he pleases and doesn't give a fuck what everyone else thinks. Most of the others are butthurt conformists. What's not to like?

Watching Rain do that every game was sorta funny, but as a fan it's not always easy to justify that. Maybe I'm overthinking it.
Nice games, Polt.
