A: Pause the stream for a couple of seconds, then click play. If that doesn't work. Close the stream entirely and re-open it. Q: GOM TV stream won't open for me. What do I do?
A: DL the latest version of GOM. Make sure you've enabled the Live stream feature GOM require you to. If nothing else. Click on the Link below the stream Link above the FAQs. Q: I'm watching the same stream as everybody else but it seems like I'm behind all the time. What'S up?
A: GOM streams tend to lag for some reason, therefore when the casters go on break and come back (cause u need to be able to hear to know if you're fast forwarding or not), hit "c" on your computer to fast forward. U should keep hitting "c" until you reach around 2.0x or 3.0x. When you hear the noises start to skip, then hit "z" to return back to 1.0x Speed. Do this every time because it never stops lagging Q: I bought the GSL ticket but I can't watch GSTL HQ?
A: GSTL is not included in the package. You have to buy the tickets separately
Flower has 0 games played in the GSTL, but 2 wins and 2 losses in the KSL team league. I guess he is a god of practice if they are going to use one of their 5 player spots on him for such an important match.

Feel like this match is 100% dependant on how well Seal plays. STQ got a way better roster but if any of the NSHS guys got a really good day they can pull through.

Just Parting isn't it?
That's still a huge deal though, him and bomber are the one two punch of ST in team leagues as far as skill goes.
I'd actually say Bomber and Squirtle are the two that shine the most in GSTL. Parting's sick good, don't get me wrong, but Squirtle's always had a pretty damn good amount of success in teamleague. And Bomber ... well, he's Bomber. He'll either flop out or roll everyone.

Startale players did really well in individual leagues lately. Bunch qualified for Code A and they have several Code S players. Let's see if that success can translate into the team leagues

Yes!
Altought I'm a total fanboy, I honestly believe Startale is the team to look out for. They seem to be able to produce new talents and keep their good players on a very high level. Their team is also very well balanced while NoSeo is a little Protoss-heavy.

Forgot about Sound. Yea he's pretty good. They might have done something like that kind of like when NSHS had Seal trained to snipe Bomber last season
They must have prepped July with a strat (probably baneling bust) to snipe Jjakji. Otherwise its a terrible decision so I bet he has something planned.
JULY!!!! Didn't see this coming. Let's see how he does. He has 2 tough TvZ terrans in his Code S group this season so this will be good practice for him

July is looking really good as of late, and jjakji have improved his TvT alot so they might be afraid to send bomber out. Without parting i think it might be their best shot

I think he can still do the 3-base Dimaga-style bust. Would still be cool to see how much July's standard game has improved.
He could possibly. It is a great map for zerg in ZVT however so macro game isn't terrible I guess, the problem is that if i remember correctly July's lategame is pretty mediocre, he always takes far too long to transition into hive, and sometimes he just stays on lair all game. He could have improved tho.
The fuck was july thinking, 15 lings to shut down that drop and he wins that game, or you just send four banelings to his third, didn't even build a planetary... I don't understand what just happened.
Why no hive?? He could have kept that aggression and still transitioned. Or stop at any point when you have a 60 supply lead and get your fucking hive!! sgjeartrlyirtrtuu6j57ejy

Nice try July, but next time I think you should try and defend a drop then go back to attacking.
Well it just proved that his multitasking doesn't really comapre to other high level zergs, since he was just massing lings at a rally point outside Jjakji's base, and didn't really have anything ready for dealing with drops. Static defense would have helped, but so would splitting your army just a little bit.

I thought the same thing. As the game is completely falling apart for July, Moletrap is stumbling through something about Jly being an epic player. At least Khaldor kept an eye on more than just the 30 zerglings on the screen. I'm sure Moletrap will be more comfortable once he's been there a few weeks......................
On March 24 2012 15:30 dgwow wrote: Not too many terrans could have stopped that onslaught. Defending it, while getting a 4th base up...
This is why Jjakji is to be feared.
Eh more July screwing it up than Jjakji doing super great. His 3rd was really open and vulnerable, and July never really exploited it. Once all the lings broke into his main, he would have been dead if July hadn't just ignored the drops and still had an economy to reinforce.

He had tunnel vision, he thought he had won and ignored everything else, that's all.
briliant decision by Jjakji to pull the scvs when he saw the high templar, he would have lost anyways, unfortunately he was a little unlucky if he had attacked 10 seconds earlier...

They played in code A and squirtle won 2-1. One game where squirtle failed the immortal 7gate thing because seal rushed to infestors, and then it ended up with 40 spinecrawlers and 30 broodlords. One game was 2 base colossus all in, punishing seal's fast infestors, and then game 3 seal did a roach ling all in, but squirtle scouted the lack of 3rd base and built a ton of extra cannons.
with this gas timing I kind of expect 2 base roach ling.

It's kind of weird how seal got gas before taking his 3rd base, then pulled drones off after speed. Normally you would delay speed a lot longer than that.

How did Squirtle lose that? Shoulda won the game when he killed all the marines. Was too indecisive with his voids, should have sent 2 to camp the barracks and then 1 to kill scvs and stay charged and then kill the viking that popped.

It's not like Squirtle just invented it. Tassadar used the same tactic against Noblesse earlier in the week in the EWM and he also did it against Marineking when Marineking all killed NSHS earlier this season
Typical Moletrap hate, and the mods don't even do anything. Moletrap actually is one of the most knowledgable casters to cast. His knowledge and critical thinking of the game sometimes is more than that of Artosis and day 9 etc. just get over his voice and realize that he knows a lot about the game and he always has ever since brood war
lmao, moletrap knowing more about the game than artosis and day 9? sorry thats just not true. i don't mind moletrap, i feel he brings a lot of excitement to casts, but to claim he is more knowledgeable than artosis and day 9 is silly.
You're clearly in denial about moletraps knowledge of the game. He calls like 98.5% of everything right. Examples are choosing Ryung last week when everyone doubted him and the gateway void ray charge thing today. Get over yourself. And I didn't say he's better than Artosis or day 9, I said he's sometimes better than them. He has those moments of brilliance. I wouldn't mind Moletrap casting code s.
yes i am in denial about a casters knowledge of the game. i dont see how he can sometimes be better than day or artosis when they never cast together. they are never in the same exact situation making the same or different calls.
Yea, but if they were to cast the same replay, not at the same time, and I bet Moletrap would be able to point out and predict things better than and aster than day9 or Artosis.
wow... just wow...
when are we getting the moletrap hour or the moletrap daily? Clearly he is the one we need to be listening to.
def not the best performed tvt by both players but by far the most entertaining midgame tvt iv seen in a long long time( best tvt was the game on day break mma vs mvp blizzcon gsl finals)

It's a trolltrap!
BTW, the game is really getting good. Poor by Sting, can't let Virus do that runby!
The way virus is slowly wearing down Sting with these constant tank threats and economic harass with cloak in the midgame is just fun to watch. I like his TvT style.
That game was Virus underestimating Sting, getting behind, but then having good enough crisis management and decision-making to pull ahead. Sting needs more booth experience, lol.
This is def a coachs decision, if hes on he can be good; but i expect virus to place early aggression so he really better be ontop of his game or else he will get speed bumped and crashed by midgame
I'm guessing either Tassadar got a lot better in two weeks or he has been locked up in a dungeon, preparing two cheeses/all-ins to kill Virus and Bomber.

They are trying to use InCa mind games. I know im going to 3 gate void ray. He knows I'm going to 3 gate void ray. I know he knows. He knows I know he knows...etc.. but it still only works with inca's dts
the one thing they have going for them is tassadar really does not look scared one bit, which already imo gives this game an even battle! should be a decent game or a build order loss
Poor Fionn has been getting denied on who to pick/not pick lately. Keep your head up CHAMP! You will be back in form and Soon it will all make sense again.
lol as i say that horrible scouting by tassadar, no fucking stalker infront of terran for warning, weaksauce, i guess he was just thinking of his midgame before it happened
tassadar aggression only 2 mins late and hed be even! and he does it when hes behinds... i guess he should always think hes behind and he will be decent
Meh, just meh. A bit more poor play than I like, and a Tassadar finishing to top it off. I can't say that I enjoyed this. ;\ Whatevs, gratz to StarTale for advancing.

Lets hope so, I see no reason why ST shouldn't use him. Hes really good!

I might go as far as to say he's the most underrated player in the next Code S season
well the philosophy per coach is always different; based on experience and who got u there; or who is hot and best performing... loyalty and blindedness by what u have compare to what ur up against when ur on a competitive team is the most blinding light in competitive play!
Virus is pretty good, he's just inconsistent. Sometimes he plays brilliantly but I've never seen a player lose games in such dumb ways sometimes like Virus does (kind of like MKP). Realized he's at least advanced out the group stages in 3/5 Code S appearances. Pretty good for a guy who is just "clinging" to Code S like some claim.

Maybe it'll be like when marineking stopped making retarded decisions to lose for virus and he'll end up being a solid player. Now that marineking doesnt just move into tank lines his tvt has gotten way better
To be fair, Tassadar actually has been doing decent recently - he won the ESV Korean Weekly before the Grand Prix (and he didn't do too badly there either). San and Sage are just as inconsistent as Tassadar. So the coach's decision isn't that unreasonable. I would've sent Sculp instead though.

I feel like ST has quite a few brilliant-players-who-sometimes-do-dumb-shit. Bomber, of course, is the big glaring one, with Squirtle and Virus following up on him.
I was rooting for startale but I still feel bad for NSH. I think it's just easier to see the pain of a loss in team league and it probably kills house morale for a while.

Parting, Bomber, Curious, Squirtle.
you just mentioned 2 of the players that played today.

startale is probably the most inconsistent team so its hard to say. Virus, July and Squirtle is code S now, would i predicted that they would be code S a month ago - no.
I would assume Parting, Bomber are 100% A-team. But its a formality, all of them can be beasts!
Startale probably has the deepest 6+ man lineup now that Slayers lost Taeja/Ganzi. They have Bomber/Parting/Curious as their best, then Virus/Squirtle/July. Ace, Hack and Sound aren't bad either.

Not only that, but their racial distribution is pretty great. (None of that SlayerS Terran crap.) It's too bad they're so inconsistent, but when they turn it on, they're easily one of the strongest SC2 teams out there.

They always show good results as a team, they are inconsistent as players.

Well that's because they are part of the A team. Startale's real B team would be July, Hack, Virus, Ace, Sound and Tiger.
