And NaDa was not in GSL Open Season 1! Seems a bit wrong to count them, since they had 64 players and code S has 32.
The open seasons were tough to get into though. There might of been a 64 man bracket but having to qualify 3 times in a row through open qualifiers couldn't of been easy.

Is Nestea the only one? Think genius aswell, never to be physically in Code A for a season anyway. If thats what you mean, if Up/Down counts then no. Genius was in code A, played vs Symbol e.g. With that carrier vr strat ^^. http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Genius/Results Liquipedia is never wrong... Looks like Genius never actually went to Code A! Code A Genius would play in Code A for the first time in the 2011 GSL November. In his first game versus Symbol, he showed an exciting game using a Phoenix and Carrier composition. Towards the end of the game he would build a Mothership to go along with his air fleet. He defeated Symbol to advance onto the Round of 32 where he played a fallen Code S player, July. July would end up winning the series 2-0, therefore sending Genius to the Up and Down Matches. There, he placed first in his group with a score of 4-0, securing Code S for the next season. ;P? And it says code A in the results page ;d. Yeah, I was wrong. I was looking at the results for the first half of 2011 (Jan - July) and didn't see that he dropped in to Code A recently. ^^ you just wanted to put Genius as the best sc2 player! And I can totally understand that )

Unless you're Idra, I guess.
A helpful tip: Nobody writes "could of," "might of" or any variation thereof. It's just plain wrong.

Ouch, Maru was playing very nicely but that overcommitment was really painful.

For some reason watching maru's play makes me think he's an impatient player. Idk why. I just feel like he's trying to force each stage of the game along

some really high skill TvT right here :O

Nada has the 4th now, I guess he figures 11 o clock is easier to defend.
