In terms of having a great number of all-around players in all three races, Prime is one of my favorite teams. Prime might even be my second favorite team behind MVP. I'm rooting for Prime but I think that NSHoSeo is capable of pulling a few big upsets and that can be their ticket to win.
Well, Creator and MarineKing probably outclass anyone on NSHS outside of Jjakji, but would not be surprising at all for any NSHS member go on a massive killing spree.

Most of the international games were against Koreans too. MarineKing has done very very well in vT and vP this year. Too bad his vZ is not nearly as dominating as it was.

But MKP has a sick online tournament record, and a rather poor team league record. You have to take that into consideration.

the players need times to set up
I remember from the previous season that they'd do that while the game was already in progress on a seperate computer. The time between the game ending and the next one starting was about two minutes or so.

tassadar bad choice, with mkp's great micro, cheese isn't as effective vs him. I feel like a Terran like sculp would've been a better choice, as even IF tassadar beats mkp i dont see him beating anyone else.
Mh, I would have favoured Sting/Sculp over Tassadar. But alas, Prime still has Creator, NSHS had lost the match when both Jjakji and Seal failed to kill MKP.
I tell people that players like Rain and HongUn can do more than all-ins and are actually really good, but I can't bring myself to do the same with Tassadar. This guy's cheese to straight-up ratio is like 80-20.

He retreated back to the XNT just as the banshee passed. I think the fact that it didn't come at that timing, made him think MKP was not going for banshees.

I think Khaldor is a really good caster and he is really funny. But Wolfs jokes are just bad today.

Every NSHS player but San is kind of underperforming in team leagues, getting slaughtered by good terrans left and right. (What is this, the third time they get all-killed by a terran player? Bomber, Gumiho, MKP?) Quite saddening, I like them.

Yep, MKP played this really well. Even if Tassadar mindgame'd him and went for Nexus first, MKP is still in the lead. @above; He knew that Tassadar will either all-in or go for economic cheese, both of which 3-rax is good against.

Well he knew Tassadar was going to cheese him because obviously MKP > Tassadar in a macro game, but if he had 1 gate FE'ed in an unlikely scenario or something then he would have attacked.

They allow weaker teams to grow. Inexperienced players can be sent out with less pressure on them, knowing they have a reliable closers. Team DRG has now grown into what you see now. Team Prime is next (check out yesterday's ksl team league). They still have creator and byun (i assume he's good enough, 2-3 gm accounts of 80% win rates with macro-oriented play is no joke) after mkp.
And the post above of course. I can enjoy team leagues without caring much about cheeses or map/racial imbalance. The team with the more versatile lineup (to take advantages of maps) and come with more prepared strategies can win even without having the raw firepower of the opponent team.
Finally, until the maps get sorted out we shouldn't use the proleague format. Chances are that we will see tons of mirror matches (e.g zvz on dualsight and belshir, pvp on calm before the storm, tvt on antiga, etc)
