There are only 4 Zergs atm who can consistently stay in Code S: Leenock, DRG, NesTea, and Curious. Saying Stephano is material to be consistently in Code S is saying he's in the top 5 zergs in the world.

The main staple of Stephano is infestors. If he could have stopped them in the first two games, he wins. Stephano is playing really great today. Stephano seems way better than other foreign Zergs at retaining his Infestor count. Did anyone spot to see if he has them on their own hotkey?

He's from the MMA kind. No ghost even when they were good. Only MVP was the Ghost guy.

The guy jumped onto the scene later than most pros and look where he is today. He is consistent, and he constantly improves. I don't see a world where a player like Stephano will fall behind as long as SC2 is played competitively. The fact that he lost to polt 4-1 at assembly then continues to kick his ass in the next tourney is evidence that this guy has no where else to go but up. Stephano has a VERY VERY good chance of becoming the best player in the world. You CANNOT call stephano a fluke. He consistently performs and continues to improve in every tournament.

I also think letting Stephano get to hive peacefully and 4-5 base is hurting him as well. He killed the third and decided to just stop pressuring Stephano even though rebuilding the third requires an investment.

A better player does the correct choices to win. Anyone saying ghosts are so good right now, please show me a game where a terran successfully uses ghost after the snipe nerf. Ghosts and tanks are pretty much equal in cost and a tanks 2shot infestors and do a lot of other important shit, so why would you make ghosts? EMP was never that good against infestors either because they are so damn big.

I think Polt sacrifices too much for his initial pressure and the first 3rd base. A SuperNoVa style with a high amount of pressure and a bit better upgrades but delayed 3rd base could work very well. Polt completely ignores his upgrades basically and kills the third base, thats merely 300 minerals which is no doubt very good, but against a player like Stephano I feel the timing opportunities in the midgame are worth more than to deny the early 3rd.
