I want to share a few words with you all though... I arrived here on Wednesday... and with very few volunteers.. the TeSPA team has been working very hard to get this ready... with very little in resources. Audio/Video students and their professor have been working to get the audio and video right, I have been offering my 'carpenter' skills on the set and many of my own team has stepped up to lend their physical help. This truly is a team effort. Speaking of resources.. we surely hope that with what we have... we can offer an event similar to the 'big boys' ... but we do ask that you are all patient. Having been involved with many live events.. something is going to not go as we planned... but we will work hard to fix any issues immediately. At the end of it all.. its about the players, the matches, the casters and the event crowning a champion. I, personally, want to thank all of those that will support this event this weekend. I realize there are other events happening... some of which with 10x the resources and experience.. but we will do all we can to make this event something special. Please feel free to message me personally if you do have questions.

I often see events like this one having unpredictable problems that end up delaying everything and causing part of the viewers to leave, and simply testing with the public before would have revealed them and allowed "unpanicked" time to fix them.

We've got TheGunRun here and on top of things for the past few days. Should run perfectly :D
