i maybe baised but ia m not completely blind. i am willing to admit that happy has agood chance against artist and kiwikaki will have to play really really well to beat kas if it comes to that but beast favored over inori not a chance. he might win becuase people do win against favoered oppinenets but he isn't favored to win no way.

Sheth just said that Beasty is probably favored against Inori. He's not necessarily right, but at the very least that probably means it's closer than you think it is.

That said, Beasty has a better percentage against toss than Inori has against Terran, with a better record in his last 10 to boot. Should be a good matchup... I'd hesitate to say either is 'favoured'. Rooting for beasty though.

Pressure is on for Happy. I've never even heard of Empire's third player so it feels like Happy has to win this to have a chance. When was this played? I'm guessing Violet was busy with IEM Brazil.

Happy's a very good mech player. Artist should not have tried to play Happy's game but do heavy drop play on the outlier expansions.

Drops are quite effective and with the 6+ medi's out I was kinda hoping for Kas to drop to spread the colo thin while he denies the third. Not sure about the no viking production but if he micros well it should work out.

It's a brilliant risk to take in my opinion. If he holds the attack, he won't be that far behind (or in some cases far ahead). It might not even be a risk, he probably threw it down when he knew he was going to hold it.

I was a bit surprised that Kas did not send out a small group of stimmed marauders to snipe the warping nexus. Still, his bioball just ate too much AOE in the major engagement.

I've never seen this one before but it's quite interesting, Kas techs up quite fast while getting 2 cc, seems more reminiscent of a TvZ build than a TvP build although you can play TDA kinda like TvZ early/midgame for sure

2 pronged attack by Kas, a 8 marine drop in the main and 4 hellions in the natural. Inori sees the hellions, and pulls his natural worker line early, only to pull them into the drop. The hellions meanwhile run into the main and attack the clumped workers that are now being pulled from the marines. Lots of probes fell.

Inori isnt just a PvP sniper. That was made up after IPL3 and 1-2 other wins.
Empire has 2 protoss, but they normally don't play in teamleagues.

I honestly think it doesn't really make a difference, Kas should be favored against anyone on ReIGN.
He's better than Artist at TvT, there's no Zerg on ReIGN who is likely to beat him in a BO3, so if they feel Inori is better against Kas than Kiwi or Axslav, why not try him?
