No player/caster bashing, or balance whining. Bans will be handed out like candy. (page 217)
No sexist jokes or anything of that nature either. Be mature people. |

Naniwa's build was not cheese at all. He popularised tht build during his MLG Dallas run.

Not impressive, just a really good unit composition he was allowed to get Are you for real? Lol are you serious? There was absolutely nothing he had to do there besides just make units and colossus. He attacked into a preset concave with emps but it didn't matter. It was an easy win at that point. 3-3 to 1-1 is an auto win no matter what. YES he should have won with a 1 a in that position, because 3-3 way outplays most/all micro you can do... I'm suprised MVP was even in the game at that point, if anything thats a testament to the staying power of terran... I don't know why people think I'm whining. I'm just saying it was not an impressive win in any way, shape or form. He just turtled and macro'd. The only reason he didn't win earlier was because he didn't attack earlier, and honestly, turtle play when you're ahead like that is one of my least favorite playstyles. You really are whining. Just enjoy the game instead of denigrating a fine win from Naniwa over the best player in the world.

The decision to add 2 forges made no sense there. MVP had a timing before they could do anything. He should've added a robo instead.

2gate expand into 2 more gates to deal with pressure is cheese? Learn something new here every day.

How come open bracket players have to win like 53 in a row to have a chance to win? How come on the opposite side the favored players will only be seen on the scene less than 5 times during a 3-days tourney?
All in all, when you look at those extremes, its really not appealing, fair nor spectator-friendly.
It's not a 3 day tourney, it's a year-long season, so people who have participated in earlier MLGs (and have seeds from those) are at a deserved advantage.

Man, come'on Naniwa. I don't really wanna see MVP vs. Nestea again after their shady Blizzcon final.

The games haven't even started yet. These are MLG Global Invitational finals.

You cant truly commit to a chronoed 4 gate without stopping probe produtcion. And if he did continue probe production th attack wouldn't of done anything. He needed to not attack and tech imo.

The game only looked so close because MVP was teching up after doing all that damage whereas Naniwa was just on 4 gates with no tech. Once stim was done it was just an easy win for MVP.

Just shut up with your negative attitude. How was that cheese??? He held his early nexus build and tried to punish MVP when MVP went back to building his 2 base economy.

Naniwa is outright outplaying Mvp. Lol why do people always have to say this? If anything they are evenish. MVP did tons of damage with his 2 rax opening . Why does it always has to be outplaying or being scrubbed? Because Naniwa lost 3 free units and still held the nexus. Why does there always have to be some guy saying what you just said?
That's why Naniwa got rolled over in the end? I'd say MVP outclassed Naniwa big time.
