Saying Adrenal lings > normal lings is redundant. You saw the game, Select had majority Marines, then a healthy addition of tank spread and marauders. How many attacks did those lings get in before dying in all the main battles? They die instantly, nothing but Ultra is left. I have to say, versus that tank spread and kiting capability, ground isn't the answer to that.

DIMAGA needs to stop Ultra/ling/Infestor when Terran has 3-3 marine/marauder .. and enough medivacs. Tanks shell away the lings and infestors that compliments ultras and ultras vanish vs marine/marauder DPS....
Good play by SeleCt but terrible execution in this game by DIMAGA

Dimaga's own fault that he always builds only Ultras in ZvT..
Then he also defends like shit against drops, always pulling his whole army against 4 marines...
Just overall dumb style imo.

I agree that it's fairly useless, but at that stage he NEEDED adrenal glands, if he had it earlier it would of saved his life since he was so ling dependent. When he got the adrenal glands he was fairly ultra heavy and it was a waste of gas imo.
