Was spikey just now on 480p for me, but now I'm on 720p+ and it seems much better. Except for maybe 1 spike every few mins. | ||

Hidemyass VPN is what I used while I was there, but the site itself is blocked too, so you need another proxy/vpn in order to buy and download it. | ||
