You straight up die to a pool first if scouted, but you have a strong advantage facing an hatch first. He anticipated that Haypro would hatch first (who doesn't in ZvT?) and it paid. | ||

Did you see MKP's income once he got the mules up? Eclipses anything a 2-base Zerg can do. That coupled with the early pressure from the Marines and the game was already decided at that point. edit: pool first probably beats this because the T has nothing up when the first lings come in. But knowing that Haypro is a macro player prone to go hatch first on this... it's a good gamble to take when you're up 1-0 anyway (and convinced you're the better player). | ||
