The following is a list of behaviors that will get immediate bans:
1. Whining about stream 2. Bashing other games 3. Flaming other users 4. Bashing players 5. Complaining about imbalance
Basically just be respectful. Aside from that, enjoy the games, make sure you bring an umbrella and have some delicious waffles! (#) |

How did he get so much seriously ?

Agreed.
Not saying the Tyler can do better than Inc in a pool, but at least Tyler works his way out of the open brackets and THAN get's 0-5. So if you'd put Tyler directly in pool play maybe he could get some wins. Just a random comment.

Except that each time he has gone 0-5 he has beaten people in the Championship losers bracket to get enough points to continue. This is why he has remained for so long, in combination with his high finish in the first MLG. I don't dislike him, and he is clearly not up to the snuff of the average pool player, but he has continued to perform at a level just good enough to hang on.

Cuz the point system is broken. He got like 900 points for finishing 4th at MLG Dallas.

Ranked 4th in Dallas I believe.

OHHH WAAAIITTT mindless anti-EG-ism. I hope the mods enforce impartial rules in this thread. We are not bashing Jinro because we did not see his games and also... What site are you on? Yeah... We saw iNControl and he played badly. That's why we are criticizing him. OHHHHH So Liquid players cannot be criticized because of the WEBSITE? Oh man, I thought all those posts by Moderators and TL Admins saying that the forums are separate from the Team and that they are an open forum were lies? ORRRR people are letting their own feelings get in the way of the etiquette rules established for ALL PLAYERS not just ones on teams people don't like for dumb shit reasons. People aren't criticizing his PLAY they are attacking him mindless. Manner Up, TL. Wtf. dude just stop We're reporting the posts that are actually abusive (weight insults etc). You can't just rage at everyone who doesn't like incontrol, that's not how this works Seriously, we're just saying he's playing sloppy. All the disrespectful comments will be banned. But seriously, we're merely pointing out the fact that Incontrol isn't playing good, and that we're slightly angry that he's got a slot in champ pool for like 3 MLG's despite doing terribad.
Obviously I am not talking to people criticizing his play. That is why I said people ATTACKING HIM. Jesus christ, read my post before you tell me what I should or should not be doing.
His play is NOT up to par. We all agree. I said nothing about criticizing his, HuK's, IdrA's, Haypro, Ret's, anyone with a losing record's play. But if you don't think I am talking about what you said, then OBVIOUSLY I am not.
It's up to TL forums to discourage the flamers, not just report them. They get temp bans and do it more. Keep it a step above reddit, that's my point.

Diablo 3 looks awesome! I wanna bust out a witchdoctor!

Inc is my favorite peronality in SC. I wish him the best. He just needs to seriously improve if he wants to be competetive, in the top level of play.

It really illustrates how horrible MLG's pool system is. Not to bash Incontrol, I think he's an alright player. But his overall MLG record now is 17-39. When he got 4th place, he went 8-9, not even a winning record there. Should absolutely not be in pool play.

I think all these pool play will actually get bad for him, because 0-5 every tournament can harm your morale.

We've been watching Incontrol doing bad at the MLGs for around half a year now. One more MLG? That is just wrong.

If he appears in the next MLG, is that really a good thing for him? Even more pressure will be mounted on him, can he win a series? Lots of questions and lots of doubt, some people thrive under pressure, some crumble.
Stuff like that has to be annoying for any player, and he will get alot of flack for losing to this Trimaster guy.
EDIT: Ofcourse with all due respect to Trimaster

Yeah, exactly. It's always exciting to watch TLO because he's bringing in new strategies. Although they might look like he's batshit crazy sometimes, they actually work and he wins. And that is really good to watch as a spectator because it's never fun to watch the same guy stim that marauder for the 1000x time to victory.

On August 28 2011 04:50 Yaki wrote:How did he get so much seriously ? Well, first he got a shit ton from MLG Dallas for geting 4th place.
Then he gets points for showing up, since he's always ranked 8-10, just by doing bad-mediocre, so he slowly builds up some points.
