According to TLPD, he hasn't even played in code B, his only noteable win is against naniwa in GSTL
Code B is the Korean Master and Grandmaster leagues, so i'm pretty sure Heart has played in code B.

Low scv production, low marine count due to flying your barracks back home, money invested in dead marines and bunkers, your opponent being on 2 bases and you just one, yes that is an all-in.
