Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you. |

They should step it up and win the pool play games then.

On top of that having something to watch except TvTs would be really nice and that's all we seem to get unless DRG, Nestea or Loisira (and sometimes MC?) show up. Quote me 4 months from now when DRG has a GSL championship under his belt, would you? I don't know how you can argue the 'he's overhyped right now' statement with 'let's see in 4 months'.

BoxeR has this won, no doubt in my mind.

Only first place gets it? Also, can Koreans get code A spots? Only foreigners get code A spots, or at least that's what was initially said, it was also said that the korean invites would be changed every time but they decided to now always invite the winner back so if it changed on MLG's side of things it could change on Gom's side I guess. I wouldn't be surprised if GOM changed the rules. The highest ranking foreigners are without Code A/S and who would accept it are quite far down.

I don't see anyone saying he isn't Code S quality, but people treating him like a god when he has similar results to MMA makes him overrated (not because of the comparison to MMA, but because he is treated like the best player in the world when he's not)
Yes he is a VERY solid player who has a lot of potential... I don't see anyone denying that.

I'm very anxious to see if Boxer wins if he accepts the invite to come to Raleigh or if he just takes his Code S spot and runs.
If he doesn't accept the invite I think that makes all his words about the crowd and his appreciation really hollow. Would mean he just took his Code S and said see ya.

I don't get why people keep saying he "deserves" Code S so much. If he deserved it he'd get out of Code B. I don't care how hard the qualifiers are, if you DESERVE to be Code S then you will at the VERY least get into code A.
He's just a very good, overhyped Code B player. All the hyperbole is getting annoying now tbh.

That's just the TL logic of ranking players.
Nobody bothers to rate players by the games they play, people just look at achievement lists and use it as a be all end all argument. -_-
I got used to it already.

Was DRG too hyped? In team league he seems so unbeatable, but he didn't show very good play in these last games :/ Anyways, now BoxeR just needs to get to the finals and i'm happy.

Wait, did Ganzi already destroy Rain?
Also it's a Super Tournament rematch. Last time MMA/Ganzi played TvT, MMA rolled him. Hard.

He's overhyped because most zerg's don't like being fans of Zerg players who post consistent results like Nestea.
