Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you. |

MVP made DRG look like a total noob this doesn't look like the MVP from teamleague against QXC. During MVP's "slump" he never really showed off his TvZ, which has always been absolutely fantastic. Yeah, MVP's TvZ is the best, he just didn't play zergs in his slump. That's why DRG was so worried about this match. Still though I think that MVP's TvZ is the best out of any of the Korean Terrans left in the tourney so I'm not counting DRG out yet, hoping that one of the terrans takes MVP out (GO BOXER)
I think MVP actually lost to zenio last GSL season, but I definitely think that MVP is one of the best TvZ players, alongside MMA. MVP is probably the best standard TvZer, while MMA is the best harassment, tempo-based TvZer.

I think a flank from tasteless's hallway on the very first attack would have let DRG clean that up with much fewer losses, and maybe let him hang onto the gold.
maybe not though, MVP just had so much stuff

I would take a TvT final with MMA/Mvp. That would be nice.

Awesome responses by MVP. I hope the audience gives a huge cheer at the end, since they have been quiet so far...

Top 6 is all amazing players. And Boxer is in the top 3.
I don't see how anybody could lose interest at this point. Try all the fans of the other players.. Just becuase Barcelona got some of the world best players doesnt mean Im gonna watch them play. Welcome to sports btw NN all hope boxer win it all That just means your not a real football fan. I like baseball but I'm not a Yankee fan. Guess I'm not a baseball fan. Darn. you're not, koreans can offer the best starcraft in the world right now , if you're not interested in watching high quality games because you wanted that foreigners, with lower quality games to duke it out, you're not a starcraft fan. personalities are important dont get me wrong but they dont mean everything I'd also like to add that Starcraft:BW and Starcraft 2 have a major difference in that in starcraft 2 people shouldnt worry about "Korean vs. Foreigner" even tho this is fun to have a rivalry from SC:BW the big thing is that SC2 is a INTERNATIONAL game and not seperated by nationalities unlike BW where koreans lived in korea and foreigners never saw/heard from them other than in streams watching OSL/MSL guys just enjoy the games they will be epic. Who cares if top 6 is korean they share the same passion we do. So the big thing im trying to say is: Why can't we all be "starcraft 2 players"?

No nerve issues when not sitting next to the Emperor.

MVP: i think DRG is one of the best zvt player[...]"
If that is what it looks like for one of the best zvt player to play vs terran than zergs are doomed.
I think i went pale watching game 3

Why would he forfeit? Exhaustion?
Because he is a winner. Playing for 7th place is a joke, he doesnt care about the money.

Probably cba to play it when already down due to extended series. He lost the match that mattered, I doubt he cares a whole lot about whether he can scrape $100 either way.

Probably just disappointed with himself, and given his record versus HuK, didn't feel like it was worth the effort to place one higher.

That is why we use infestors these days. DRG didn't use infetors in any of the games(except game 1 where he had only one and it was too late). Muta/ling/bling is a terrible unit composition because one wrong move and you pretty much lost the game.

Why would he forfeit? Exhaustion? Naniwa is an all or nothing kind of guy, he would be very annoyed at himself for not winning and could care less about a 7th/8th match.

Why would he forfeit? Exhaustion? its only 100 more dollars and Nani doe snot really need more points, lots of players have forfieted these matches in the past MLG.
