Format for finals / 3rd/4th placing is slightly different. There will be 7 sets of BO3s. For the final match, every match will be shown.

For the 3rd/4th placing, only two matches will be streamed. The first 4 set of matches will be played at 4pm, the most exciting one will be streamed and the other 3 matches will start concurrently. The second 3 set of matches will be played at 5pm, with again the most exciting one be streamed while the other 2 matches played concurrently. This is because of time constraints and wanting to have the finals / 3rd placing match on the same day back to back.

I don't think it really matters. Every Chinese player won 2-0, and one set was forfeit by the Taiwanese player, so it was 4-0 even before the 4-0. But if you're really curious...
