That is actually caused by a 3rd player in every matchup. The 3rd player is there to prevent looking up match history... but because the matches are so old and nobody can know when they were played, I really don't think it's necessary. | ||

IPL Season 1 was great, even more so because it was the first time IGN organised such a tournament. Watching 2 casters sitting behind a desk casting replays like you see at NASL is just stupid, and thankfully IPL didn't have that stuff. Then the qualifiers of Season 2 started, and things went wrong. There was no seeding, results of games became the biggest secret in the world (how the hell does this still have hidden results?), and broadcasting of those games was spread out over like a 3 month period. I have no idea how many people watched the US broadcasts of that, but the EU broadcast had like 200 viewers a day. 'Today' season 2 started, with barely any noticeable advertising for it in the past week; it wasn't even mentioned in SotG. Suddenly I find myself watching (with all due respect) Minigun vs DieStar. That's fine and all, but it's like a 2 month old replay of a match that might not even have any good games. Tasteless and Artosis are casting, over Skype, probably not even sitting in the same room. How can you call something like that a tournament, with 'live broadcasts', and still take yourself serious at the same time? Does anyone at IGN have any idea what the community is interested in? http://i.imgur.com/vAlTE.jpg But it's free, so I can't complain. PS: I hope that whoever improved the website for s2 didn't charge too much, he probably can't even spell usability. | ||
