The thread doesn't have results, what's so awesome? 6 Koreans in Ro8.
What do they win? Is it NA server? Why are Koreans playing in it?

MC is a far better player than Naniwa, it's not close. He's much more consistant, has won far more tournaments and is better in every matchup. Granted that MC has won bigger tournaments due to playing on a bigger stage (doesn't get much bigger than GSL) but Naniwa has been pretty damn consistant these last couple of months. Has he? After MLG he did okay in MLG in the easiest group but lost to Slush/Losira and MC. In WCG Sweden he lost to Morrow In TSL3 he lost to Thorzain in the final In Road to Korea he lost to Sase in the final. In Dreamhack he lost to Moon. He's been there or thereabouts in most things but he should have done better than he did. In MLG MC lost to Losira. In GSL May MC lost to Polt in the Ro32 In GSL Super tournament he lost to Alicia in Ro64 In Dreamhack he lost to Bomber in Ro8 In Home story cup 3 he lost to Naniwa in the semi-finals of the upper bracket I daresay most of those players MC lost to are superior to the ones Naniwa lost to. You still can't make the argument that MC has showed more consistent results if he has lost earlier in the tournaments he has participated in. Also, both of them lost to Losira in MLG, Naniwa lost to Moon in Dreamhack who won against Bomber. , MC He won stars war, major tourney. Nani played well grats to him but saying naniwa>MC is laughable even in pvp and if you think that overall then seriously lol. Naniwa hasn't even participated in GSL and Starwars so you can't really compare the two until they've participated in the same tournaments. I mean, Naniwa is a MLG Champion, is MC that? Yea naniwa was MLG champion when no koreans were there, doesnt really mean that much. Mc has won 2 gsl's and naniwa has gotten taken out by many koreans worse then MC such as nada in NASL, he lost to MC at MLG. I dont understand how people can come to these conclusions after 1 best of 3 pvp where the score was 2-1. That is just ridiculous. I dont think naniwa's results can even be considered anywhere close to mc's and i highly doubt naniwa is going to go on to win GSL in the next few months. Sure he could do well after spending alot of time in korea, but if we are talking about right now he is not even anywhere near MC. How is he not "anywhere near" MC if he just won against him in a BO3 lol. Apparently he can at least compete with him so I wouldn't say he isn't anywhere near him...
Because everyone is close to everyone in PvP, MC just usually wins because it comes down to micro and in both games he wasn't in the type of situation where he excels. He is much better PvZ and most likely better in PvT.

Hes not be able to communicate nor having fun with all the foreigners there. Must be quite tedious for him. I don't think it's as bad as you think, I think he's just a very serious competitor so once the competition started getting heated, he's taking time away from the goofy and fun aspect of the tournament and environment and focussing more on the competition. I guarantee he still feels like an outsider, not being able to speak the same language and such and huk/jinro seem busy with joking around / poker. Im sure its difficult for him being the only korean there and not knowing the language that well. Plus alot of the europeans probably branch off into their respective languages when hanging out with people from their own country. I herd lots of people talking about how MC was joining in playing poker. I really don't think its bad at all for him. Everyone that has met him says out outgoing and very fun. I assume he is hanging out and having a blast when not playing. Plus his English is more then good enough to hold a conversation with a bunch of drunk poker playing Europeans <3

MC and HuK talk a lot, he's probably just tired or something, he's been hanging out with people all weekend

Notice i never said anything about skill level, i was talking about results........
and honestly its PVP its much easier to take games off of superior players than in any other matchup IMO. Thats not to say naniwa didnt play fantastic, but i just dont hold much stalk on a players skill level based on 1 best of 3 PVP. Im sure both of them have lost pvp's to masters players on the ladder before, does that mean those players are better than them? or even anywhere close to their skill level?
